Two squared

And yes, after a well deserved holiday, our 'good old' Laura (sorry Laura) is back.
The family had a great summer and has even grown: with a puppy called Luna!

The challenge of this week is 'String it: 2² (two squared)'; meaning to take two squares as your string. I did two overlapping squares on a pre-colored tile and started tangling. Like I do a lot of times, I made the string lines double.

I did like working on this one.

The next tile is the one I have been tangling while working in the hospice in July and August. When I'm working there sometimes it's a bit quiet and we (always working with two volunteers) sit at the kitchen table having a coffee. You can see how little time there was for tangling in these two month, just one tile
done :-)

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you leave me a comment; I do appreciate that a lot. Work created by fellow tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.

Blessed be!
Annemarie

  1. Your challenge tile reminds me of a work by Mondrian, only instead of color delineating the shapes, here, it's tangles. I like the way it turned out. It works very well with your double lines technique.

  5. You got the squares alright! Beautiful tangles and well squared in. As for the other tile: let me guess, 2,3 lines per day?
